IAC Services recently tendered and were successfully awarded by IBM the prestigious contract to supply and install all labour and materials for the mechanical ventilation and cooling requirements to the new IRS Integrated Racking Solution) Demo Room at the IBM Southbank Site.
The new Airedale close control air handling units used the existing site provided chilled water as their cooling medium, so our works required the close liaison with Johnson Controls, the in-house maintenance company, to ensure the services when changed over did not impact on any other equipment that continued to operate throughout the building.
