IAC services relationship with Watermark started back in 2007 on the prestigious 114 acre lake development The Landings. Based in the Cotswolds this second property development consists of 40 superior New England style lakeside properties.

IAC provided cooling and heating solutions to several properties using a wide range of applications. When Watermark embarked on their 37.5 acre Summer Lake development IAC continued to work in conjunction offering owners installations to suit their requirements.

Our latest venture includes the installation of Daikin Altherma to provide heating and hot water. With the addition of chilled water fan coils and underfloor heating it provides a year round heating and cooling solution to this luxury lakeside detached home. Traditional heating and hot water systems depend on expensive and non sustainable fossil fuels like oil, gas or solid fuels like coal. The Altherma air source heat pump solution uses a renewable energy source (the air around us) to produce low cost heating and hot water, saving up to 50% in energy costs compared to these fossil fuel systems. For every kilowatt of energy used, the Altherma air source heat pump solution produces between 3 to 5 kilowatts of energy for heating and hot water.

Along with the installation of two Daikin total heat exchanger air handling units the owners will gain the satisfaction of knowing that they have a sustainable, energy efficient system, giving them lifetime cost savings of many thousands of pounds.
